according to ebay's policy..I'm not allowed to sell digital files in another country!..that's how I put the shipping..but ebay..changes this policy from one day to the next
You also did not know anything about U.S. Law which applies to all sales on Ebay.com.
There is a long list of potential intellectual property infringements in your listings. Any of which could get you sued by companies which can afford to sue you.

·2 years agoAre you certain everything is your listing meets Ebay's policies? I think you have some issues.
Are you aware that the DSA has no impact on Ebay.com or any Ebay site which is not an EU country?
Are you aware that a lawsuit which goes to trial is likely to cost up to $250,000 and no US attorney will take your case on a contingency basis.
If your goal was to vent, you met your goal. If your goal was to threaten, Ebay is unlikely to have gotten your message.

You need to decide if you accept returns or not.
Listing shows you accept returns, but you put in your description, you don't accept returns.

I didn't know how to set up the delivery.
According to the DIGITAL ACT NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED..
.but ebay has "money back guarantee ebay"....
....so not even ebay..does not respect the law
