Did your guys' service metrics update for February? Ours' still haven't and it's been 6 days....
For those of you on a 3 month look back......service metrics always update on the 20th or 21st of each month.
However, it's now the 26th and it's still showing the same numbers from last month. Anyone else experiencing this or wondering if it's not all accounts being affected...
I am talking service metrics for INR and INAD, not seller level (that updated as usual on the 20th).

·1 year agoMine looks fine.
All sellers are eval'd on the 20th of every month for the period ending the previous month. So the February 20th was for the period ending January 31st.

·1 year agoIf it should be going up, it may take another month before it finally updates. I remember when I finally got top rated because i finally met the 100 item part, i knew it was coming, but it didnt change, I called in and they said it would change the next month.

OP1 year agoAgain, you are talking seller level, not selling metrics. Two totally different things.....
Our seller level ran on time as usual....

·1 year agoMine are updated. Can you provide more info @autotechlighting ?
Is it just the numbers that haven't updated or the date range or both?
What evaluation date range are you seeing? Nov 2024 - Jan 2025 or Oct 2024 - Dec 2024?
Did you click the link to download the report and see which transactions are counting and verify if they're all within the new date range (Nov-Jan) or if you have older stuff from Oct hanging out there?

OP1 year agoSo my current counts shows November to January and the projected is showing December to February.
After February 20th, it should have been showing current as December to February and projected should now be January to March, correct?
The transactions in the download report are still last month's numbers....

·1 year agoIncorrect. February has not ended yet, therefore it's part of the projected rate, not the current rate.
Sounds like your metrics are up to date as they should be.

OP1 year agoJeez, you might be right. I might be losing it......

·1 year agoMy service metrics for INR and NAD are evaluated from current rate from February 2024- January 2025 in Books & magazines category. They don't change for me since I haven't had INRs or NAD cases within that tme frame.

OP1 year agoThe dates should still update even if you have no cases or returns....you seem to not have your's ran, either, yet.

·1 year ago'service metrics'...mine came on the 16th of February.
I don't know why I get it early...it's usually around the 18th for me.
