Did shipping to authenticator change for jewelry
I sold an item & it usually has me ship to the authenticator, but in this instance (bracelet >$2,000.) it has me shipping to client, & client wants authenticator ??? Cant get an answer how to add that to the order so I can ship it there????

My guess is because the metal purity was not specified, your Unbranded item did not qualify.
