My account is suspended because two buyers wanted to return the items, ebay refunded them, and they didn't send me my items, in short, they kept the items and the money, I'm tired of sending messages to ebay and they don't respond, the help does not even have the option of protecting the seller in case the buyer does not return the items

·3 years agoHello David.
This is how it's supposed to work.
If the buyer files a NAD (not as described) return.
You have 3 options...
A) Refund the buyer and the buyer can keep the item.
B) Accept the return. Provide and pay for a return shipping label. If/when the package gets to back you, refund the buyer. If the buyer does not send the item back (which happens sometimes), no refund and you will not be charged for the return label.
C) Deny the return. Ebay will step in and refund the buyer with your funds and not require the buyer to return the item.
So the only way your buyers could have been refunded before returning the item would be scenario C.
I hope this helps you with any future returns.

OP2 years agoHello good night, the buyer opened return request, but has been winding me up with proposals: if I sold him 5 more articles making him the price, and he withdrew the return request, proposed me to do business off ebay, in which I refused and made denunciation of his behavior, this took some time, until ebay refunded him, I bought the label and he did not return my article ðŸ™

·2 years agoThe minute a buyer has a problem with an item, just tell them to return it for a full refund and send them a shipping label. Do not wait for eBay to step in. It seems you sent the label after eBay refunded the buyer which means the buyer got to keep the items and get his money back.

OP2 years agoThis is not fair, so the buyer acted in bad faith and is benefited? And ebay does nothing? I sent several emails saying that they did not send me the articles, this is one of principles, he got the refund and the article

·2 years agoYour original post and subsequent post are missing some details. First which two items does this pertain to and where did those items ship from and to? You mentioned two buyers wanting to return items and that one had opened a return request to which you apparently accepted the return and issued a label. You then mentioned the buyer withdrew the return request after you had issued a shipping label. Did you report the buyer for attempting to take the transactions off of eBay?

. What does the tracking show with regards to the label you purchased for the buyer to return the item. If this was an international return could this item be stuck in customs? As others noted eBay does not refund until the item shows delivered. However scammers have been known to alter return shipping labels and the package actually shows as delivered although it may not be to you.
You mentioned two buyers wanting to return items what is the current status with the second buyer? If this was through an official return request did you accept the return and have you issued a return label to that buyer?

. Nice response and description. One thing that may further complicate this situation is the buyer is in Portugal and in addition to the items shipping from Portugal appears to be drop shipping from several foreign suppliers including China, Switzerland and Swaziland.

·2 years agoThat does complicate matters.
Such are the risks in the world of drop shipping.
It's a shame because Portugal has so many great items to offer.

·3 years agoThat's because when you follow the proper procedure for returns, eBay does not expect you to refund the buyers until AFTER they have returned the items.
Did you issue a return label to them? Because when you do, eBay will not even prompt you to refund until the tracking for the return label shows that it has been delivered back to you.

·3 years agoYou are a new seller registered in Portugal selling Swiss watches from China. Is there more to this?

OP3 years agoMaybe you don't know that it's in China that the big brands have the factories, Pandora, Tous, no sarcasm

·3 years agoThey make some good watches in China, but ALL authentic Omegas are still made in Switzerland, have for a very long time.

OP2 years agoBut do you happen to know if I don't have family members there? That I know to buy watches you don't have to go to Switzerland or is it? look spare me, if it doesn't help then don't get in the way

Did you respond to the buyers request right away or did you just let ebay step in?
Did you get a notice from ebay that you are indeed suspended and what did it say?
