I have been selling on eBay for 2 years. I recently reworked my entire inventory, purging things I never should have listed and reworking existing listings to improve title, description, etc. I need to delist and relist about 200 items to get the improved listings in place. I figure I have 3 options on how to do that, but I don't know which way is best given the sheer number of listings to change. Option 1: Delist and relist using Vendoo so I can put improved listings on all of my selling platforms at once. Option 2: Sell similar method that seems to be popular now but having to do that 200 times on each individual listing. Option 3: Edit each listing as it sits.
I want to do Option one, kind of a one fell swoop action, but I also want to make sure I get fresh eyes on my revamped listings in hopes of increasing sales. I would appreciate any opinions or suggestions.

·2 months agoOne thing to be careful with on delist/relist is that eBay treats it as ending and creating listings, so you lose watchers and sales history each time, and doing it in big batches can look odd to the system. If Vendoo is handling it fine for you, great, but I'd space the batches out rather than doing everything at once. For what it's worth, you can also do this straight from Seller Hub with bulk end and sell similar, and tools like 3Dsellers automate the same relist workflow natively on eBay since it's an eBay-authorized app, which is worth comparing if you ever have sync hiccups.

·5 months agoIf you do it "in one fell swoop", how much time is it going to take?....during which you would have nothing up to sell? Or can you make changes with Vendoo and then they synchronize with the present ebay listings to make the changes?
If you want optimum exposure........new listings are the best, as opposed to "revisions". Personally, I think daily listing on ebay gives you better...more constant.... exposure rather than listing all at once..... No proof to show that except what seems to happen for me......
One tip.....you may need an easy way to keep track of what you've revised or relisted. Using a odd cents price would make relisted/revised listings obvious. i.e...........ending each one .05 or .56....

·5 months agoIts easy, 3 clicks (Select Bulk Delist/Relist), Select All, Hit Confirm) 200 listing probably 15 to 20mins.
There is a sku section on vendo, can BULK edit and just enter the date it was last changed.

·5 months agoYou get stop by ebay if you try to do that daily now. With PL this method isnt really working anymore.
But yes Option 1 would be easiest and maybe get fresh eyes.
I use Vendoo and I have 9k listed. I only refresh in small batches when I update an bin of skus.
I only noticed best when I list new items is when I get more sales..

·5 months agoyup ending and relisting. I was listing an item but forgot to make a few changes, Instead of revising the listing, I choose to delist it to edit. Then got an error message from ebay saying I can't do this for another 24hrs
