Deleting a photo in a sold listing.
Sold a game and a cd key was visible. Buyer wants me to delete the photo. How do I delete after its sold? Can't find any way to do this... Thanks in advance

·1 year agoEverything is frozen at the time the item is sold. The buyer should have asked before they bought the item and then paid for it.

·1 year agoNo can do. I doubt it's the case but the buyer could then claim the key didn't come with it.

·1 year agoOne addition to what I said: the listing and photos will eventually be removed by eBay about 90 days after the purchase.

·1 year agoBut if the cd key was pictured in the thumbnail photo, it will be visible up to three years after the sale, I think.

·1 year agoSellers cannot revise a listing after a buyer has purchased an item on eBay. Once a sale is made, the listing is locked in, and the seller cannot make any changes. This is a security feature.

·1 year agoYou cannot change anything about a sold listing. In the future, it’s best to not show that type of thing in your photos (either crop it out, don’t include photos of that side/part of the item, or obscure it somehow).
