Deleted items not in Inactive Folder
I just deleted some items so I could relist them via sell similar and noticed that quite a few were NOT in the inactive folder.....same problem that happened a few weeks ago. Anyone else?

·5 months agoMy inactive file disappeared this morning. Now my ended listings are going to "unsold."

·5 months agoIt is March 12th (not end of February issue) and I am still experiencing this problem. It is such a pain to write down all ended items so I can check back hours/days later to delete them from the Inactive section. Could possibly result in reposting/selling similar when they are not actually available for sale anymore.

They should reappear within a few hours. This happens every Feb 28th.
On Feb 28th the system is overloaded with listing renewals from the 28, 29, 30 and 31 all renewing on the same day. As a result you'll see serious lags like "disappearing" listings, sold auctions on the inactive/ended page instead of the orders page, and lots of other glitchiness.

·6 months agoThis happens every February since it's a short month and Ebay's computers or whatever get messed up. It took about 4 hours for my ended listings to show up in the Inactive file.

OP6 months agoLast night, it took a couple of hours but my ended listings all showed up in the Inactive folder. This morning, I did not take any chances so I just did sell similar from active and after I had that window open I went back and ended those listings. The ended listings are still NOT in the Inactive folder.....it's been over an hour.

·6 months agoIt's still happening. I had 8 listings that I ended to relist and they won't show up in inactive or anywhere else. Hope they get this worked out soon.

·6 months agoI just noticed that on the bottom of the first page of "Active", where it says how many to show on the page, it shows 1-40 (I ended 10 from the first page} on the second page it shows 51-100. It's like they just made the 10 I ended invisible. I hope they don't just "accidentally" relist them.

·6 months agoAbout an hour ago I deleted 10 sheet musics that were ending tonight that I don't want to resist at this time. They do not show on my inactive, scheduled, or even my drafts. That's why I clicked up here ... to see if it wasn't just me. I'm just glad it wasn't more. I have about 30 more to end so I'll just do a "Sell Similar" and schedule the "similar" item.

·6 months agoSame this morning (28Fe). I end and sale similar 100+ each morning and it's been over an hour and nothing has populated in inactive folder. Been doing this morning drill for years and this is a first for me.

·6 months agoIt looks like a lag issue. The listings I ended this morning just showed up in my ended list.

·6 months agoTo be clear my issue is not a lag issue but an access issue. When I click on either active listings the message is you have no active listings. If I search for one of my active listings I find it as usual.

·6 months agoJust posted I can't see any of my listings immediately after ending a series of listings. Still can't see active or ending listings (1900+ and 200+).

·6 months agoInteresting...On my active listings page, I see six listings renewing today. I ended 3, so the 3 listings I ended did not really end? Or maybe they are just lagging and will show up later? Future ghost listings?

OP6 months agoIt never takes this long. It's a glitch like last year. I reported it but not sure it will be fixed unless they get a lot of reports....

·6 months ago@mynewfindstore Did you end the listings or delete the listings? If you deleted them, they are gone. There is no undo for that. If you have a back-up of them, you can upload the data in a spreadsheet again.
If you ended the listing, they will show up in the inactive folder. Sometimes it can take several minutes for even several hours. I know a couple of resellers (not on these boards) who have seen it take a day. When I relist/sell similar, I never delete any listings until I've confirmed all of my listings are active again.
