2- Telephone, computer expense is taken as percent of usage for selling
3 Keep a calender marked of travel- post office- accountant- to sales incl garage, estat, Flea mkt, Goodwill etc,
4- Write down The garage sale date. where and what was purchased
5 write down purchased items to sell that were not listed - broken, unsaleble
6-Items deleted that were not sold
7-Cleaning material, soaps etc, equipment- like clothes shaver, steam cleaner
8- Reasonable estimate on what items were purchased
