Customize Table Sort
I can no longer sort by item number when looking at my active listings on desktop. It sorts alphabetically only is this a glitch or a permanent change?

·9 months agoI just had this stupid change forced on me. Can no longer sort by item number. Sorting by start date is not a solution because items get relisted every 30 days. I hate eBay so much.

OP11 months agoThank you!!! I couldnt wait to try it. "Start date" sorted it they way I want to see it.

·11 months agoItem number was consolidated into the field with item title. That means you cannot sort by item number.
Is there any particular reason you'd need to sort by item number @annabanana1939 ? How are you using item number?
FYI - this change has not rolled out to all users yet which is why the reply above mine will not fix your issue; that seller still has the old view and no, there is no way to switch your account back.

OP11 months agoIf I sort by item number it shows me the order I listed the item vs the items that are relisting getting in my way. I do not end and relist like most sellers. However, I can sort active items on my mobile device by newly listed which is basically what I am trying to achieve on my desktop by sorting "item number". I hate some of the changes Ebay makes.

OP11 months agoI understand the options on customizing the tables "item number" is included in the title on my account. The available options still looks the same but the results are alphabetized. See the next reply. I would like to sort by newly listed so I can see the latest quickly.

If the column for "Start date" is still available, that should do what you're wanting.

I'm still on the old view too. What else have they changed this time?
