Customer support slow on callback

Just getting frustrated. Trying to staighten out a situation and Ebay customer support is very pokey. Left info. with estimated time of call back being 31 minutes. Well that was 1 hour and 15 minutes ago and nothing yet. Getting very hard to get help resolving issues.

·2 weeks agoUse some foul language, threatening, saying a lot of stuff that ain’t true told them I spoke to Ebay service and that they were on my side of the case about it and I’m getting told I’m a liar and everything else want to report the buyer. This is ridiculous and not how you conduct business at all

You should rarely ever need to speak with someone at eBay as almost everything is automated and eBay has clear policies in place that describe what you must do in a variety of situations. Again, make a new thread and provide some details and folks here will try to help you.

I too received the 31 min estimated wait today, to receive a call from ebay customer support & waited Much longer than you did !
