Customer Service Has Terrible Broken English
Now that Ebay seems to flooded with calls, Why can't they get people that can speak proper English? I have waited on hold to finally get someone, only to have to wait on hold for someone else that I can understand. I get it they are getting the help for cheap, but they should at least speak the language correctly.

·2 years agoI’ve been dealing with this myself. It’s like we are lost in translation. It’s u fortunate how hiring just whoever, people who hardly speak English, can just bring a once thriving company down to what it
is now.

·5 years agoWhen you find native English speakers who are willing to work for $2 with no benefits, let Ebay know. I'm sure they'll hire them.

·2 years agoeBay has definitely declined in customer service. Was able to finally get through to someone. Just to have him tell me that he didn’t have the answer to my question. As I started to get angry he told me it won’t help to be irate and would I rather he make something up and lie to me? This is all become so confusing and I’m not even sure why I willingly put myself into this type of stress.
