Customer Non-Service: Talk to LIVE person?
How do I go about doing so? Trying to solve a few issues I'm having and posted about. Not getting anywhere quick so wanted to go to the source. I called 866 # but cannot bypass automated **bleep**. I tried "speak to representative" and pressing zero. Nothing works, it's same automated crap then they hang up on you. This company sucks!
