If Ebay is refunding, you did receive a payment, you just don't have access to the funds yet.

They might not be able to find the listing, but somewhere, there is something saying what the item was.

If a previous buyer of yours is filing a claim (either Item Not Received or Not As Described), eBay will tell you which sale it was. I see two past sales of yours, only one of which is within the past 30 days, and neither is for $25 (even with Shipping included).
Did you get this notification in your eBay Messages? It would not land only in your off-eBay email account.

·Sep 18, 2026 at 12:20 AMWhen Ebay or you for that matter, process a refund, it has to be from a specific payment. So you may just be a little confused. Go to See All Orders in your Seller Hub and see if anything helps you remember the sale. Let us know what you find out.
