Customer in Germany Unable to Make Purchase
Hello All,
I am a prospective buyer of a listed item, in the U.S. where I am located.
The buyer who is located in Germany and is stating they are not able to make the purchase, due to International Shipping not being enabled.
However, I do have eBay International Shipping enabled and there are no countries excluded.
Could you assist me in providing the buyer the option to make the purchase?
