Customer in Canada trying to buy golf clubs from my listing
I have a customer in Canada trying to purchase a set of golf clubs from my listings. I have international shipping enabled and I have selected Canada on the listing. Here is most recent message from the customer:
Unfortunately still not working. The item doesn't show on Ebay Canada and if I go on Ebay USA and try to purchase it says trouble with your purchase, item not eligible for shipping to your location.
Here is a previous/similar message from the customer:
It now shows ask seller for shipping cost. Some of your other items that I can see on Ebay Canada show a shipping cost plus the ability to pay duty/tariff fees to Ebay.
And this: Would you ship to Canada ?Postal code S4X 3X2

·4 months agoIf you are shipping these with EIS, EIS has its own policies.
I saw you have some listings as Sets (sets, lots, ....)
1 of the "sets" I looked at only ships to the US
One of the things EIS dosnt ship is "Lots" or "Sets."
Im not sure why but they dont from other reports I have seen.
If you want to ship that to Canada - your best bet is to set up shipping for Canada on the listing.
You will need to follow all the customs /duty/tarriffs and you will be on the hook, so to say, if anything goes amiss.

·4 months agoThat is the issue the tariff/duty fees, Who is paying that part you or the customer?

Is there a size limit going to Canada?
