Customer has used an incorrect delivery address and the item has been returned by Royal Mail with incorrect address sticker on, does the seller have to re-send the order at the seller's costs or is this down to the buyer?
Customer has used an incorrect delivery address and the item has been returned by Royal Mail with incorrect address sticker on.
Does the seller have to re-send the order to the customer at the seller's costs or is this redelivery / return costs down to the buyer?
If it's down to the Buyer, can you send me an eBay Policy Link showing this please.
