Customer Give negative Feedback without Listening the Seller, how to remove negative feed back,

I also message the full refund to the customer but no responce from Buyer side

Buyers are not required to listen to the seller before or after leaving feedback.
Buyers are not required to agree to a full refund before or after leaving feedback.
The feedback I see does not violate policy and thus does not qualify for removal by eBay
Sellers cannot get feedback removed simply because they do not like the feedback.

The only way you might get the feedback removed would be to request a feedback revision from the buyer.

But since the buyer is not responding to you, that may not be likely.
