Customer Email Addresses
Where are customer email addresses stored now on ebay ?
I use them to collate a data base of customers who get emailed once or twice a year I can't do that now unless I contact every seller direct to ask for their email address,
Why is ebay becoming more seller unfriendly

Most eBayers sell on several sites, often including their own.

·3 years agoI understand why Ebay does this. They don't want you taking transactions off the site. You would not have that customer had it not of been for the site. So they want you to keep your transactions on the site with customers they introduced you to. Just basic business.
You have 105 followers. It really is best to just send them a promotional email through Ebay. You do that via Ebay. And you know the buyers want the email as it is why they are following you. This is a safe way to accomplish what you want to do.
If you insist on having the buyer's email. Once you have a transaction you are allowed to send them a message and exchange contact information.

·3 years agoDoes this archive order trick still work to reveal the buyer's email address? When I go to archived orders and click on the transaction I don't see any email address, where is it?
