Customer buys more than 2 items but only pays for 1 shipping
This has happened several times, and I don't know how to fix the listing. I list several available, and 1 fits perfectly in a small flat rate box. If the buyer selects the quantity as 2, he only pays shipping once. And I am stuck with additional charges for shipping. I have changed all listings to 1 available until I figure this out. Now I will have to relist after every sale. Is there an alternative??? Please help me.

·2 years agoI had exactly the same problem, customer buys 2 and only pays for 1 postage which took it to the next level in terms of weight for postage costs, however when I worked it out I only lost £0.03 as ebay charges were less as they charge fees based as a percentage including postage costs.
