"Custom label" SKU box not showing with "Sell similar" or "Revise Listing"

Hi. Does anyone else have this issue? I've attached a couple of photos. The one where it shows the Custom Label box is from a new listing, the other, which is showing no Custom Label box was from when I hit Sell Similar and/or Revise Listing.

I've search the page for the relevant words but it's just not there.

If it doesn't show up, just click "See title options" to the right and above the Title field, and it's one of the options you can enable there:

^^ If that does not solve your problem @allseven-supplies then you'd be better off posting on community.ebay.co.uk since the listing form here on the .com site may be different from the one you're seeing on the .co.uk site.
