Create listings changes?
Has anyone else had issues when listing items in the past 48 hours? Specifically Drop down list are either missing, greyed out or different, When I type in item weights, and box dimentions in the shipping section it no longer displays the shipping cost range for domestic or international. Did eBay make some updates or are things corrupted on my end? FYI it seems to be both on my desktop and the phone app.
Also is there a place or setting where you can reset all your preferences and policies to default like they are when you 1st create a seller account. Up until about 48 hours ago I set everything as I created each new listing and had no policies in place. I like the ability to customize each listing as I sell a lot of different types of items and dont usually want any universal policy for them all, but for 2 days now the menus I used to use are gone and it ask me to select or create policies.
Any help appreciated.

Sounds like you are using business policies. Go here https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage and select Opt out.

·5 months agoNo changes on my end. I create new listings just about every day and things have proceeded just like they have been for years now.
