Counterfeit/ Items not as described
I have been monitoring items sold as "L.A. County Jail" clothing, and notice several sellers listing/ selling items I know for a fact are not authentic jail-issued clothing. The buyers are likely unaware of this. What should I do, if anything?

·8 months agoAccording to L.A. County the current uniform for males and female inmates is "blue scrubs". Of course, that may have changed over the years.
However, I would not stick your neck out and contact these other Sellers (you are sure to get an earful). Customers have a "money back guarantee" if they are unhappy.

·8 months agoDo nothing and stop monitoring the items. Buyers can use the Money Back if not as advertised. Your job is to sell your items correctly. Do a search on the store that starts with an "A", there are all kinds of items listed there with that logo. Reporting them pretty much will do nothing, takes many reports from "different" people to bring it to eBays attention for action. There are some levels of reporting that will get quicker action, don't think this would be at that level. I thought LA County Jail was a clothing line that was not even connected to the actual LA County Jail?
