Copy cat counterfeit replica items
Anyone else having trouble with Vero taking down your own listings when reporting someone for counterfeiting!?! Yet the other sellers items don’t get removed!

·11 months agoMy boots got removed today. I bought them directly from CAT! I will be removing their products from my business including heavy equipment. I am that petty.

·1 year agoThe only way I'm aware of that reporting someone else's listings for a trademark violation would be as a VERO registered rights owner.

·1 year agoI've reported for more than 20 listings from other seller's shops, without any removement result.🙄

·1 year agoCertainly an odd situation. Looking at your items you appear to be a custom metal shop and I cannot imagine what particular items you would have got hit with as far as a VERO violation. I don't see your company as a VERO company participant so the fact that you are reporting the infringement of others may have something to do with it. The program itself is odd and I am not familiar with the internal workings of the reporting and action or how much BOT software is involved but the following may help.

·1 year agoI got pulled over and cited for speeding the other day, yet there were hundreds of other cars also speeding. What's up with that?

·1 year agoDid you report the other cars for speeding?

·1 year agoThat depends. How fast were you going?

·1 year agoeBay needs to hire the one of those Texas Rangers - their motto "One Riot One Ranger", Me thinks the Royal Canadian Mounted Police have a similar saying.
As a side note: The T R Hall of Fame is in Waco, Texas near I 35 & the Brazos River - lived there several years - hooked up with my newer wife there.

·1 year agoNo good deed goes unpunished. That said, are you selling fakes? If so, stop. You will get banned from selling if eBay has to keep removing them.

·1 year agoVERO reports carry vastly more weight with eBay that community reports.
Ignoring a VERO report exposes eBay to liability for the seller's actions.
Ignoring a community report does not.

·1 year agoWere you selling a replica or counterfeit item?
Just because others are selling it, does not mean it's okay to do it.

·1 year agoWell those others weren't caught however yours has. Nothing can be done except if you reach out to the company. Do not relist that item. The manufacture doesn't want your item to be sold on Ebay.
