Contacting ebay in the UK

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I have an issue with my ebay account which is not covered in the inadequate ebay help topics. I need to talk to someone but the UK ebay seems to insist you use the automated chat which is useless or ask the community.

Is there anyway I can contact a UK Ebay agent as my problem is unusual.

Here's how to contact eBay UK customer service. Make sure you're on www.ebay.co.uk, then click on Help & Contact at the top of the page Here's a direct link:

Scroll down to the bottom of the page (if necessary) and click on Contact Us.
Choose the topic you need help with.
At some point, the "Chat with our Automated Assistant" link will appear in the left channel, click on that.
You may need to type your question in first, but if you don't get helpful replies, type "Agent" to be connected to a live agent.
