If you do not want it to relist , immediately end the listing. You are a new seller. Why are you selling this here? Ebay will hold your funds besides the fees. If you never sold anything before, start by selling cheap items and not expensive items. Anyway, I highly recommend that you sell this on a free website and accept ONLY cash. Goodluck. And yes, you owe those fees to ebay. It is NOT ebay's fault that you failed to read the fees. Keep in mind that Ebay is a big company and they will destroy your credit score if you do not pay ebay their fees. Hopefully you have learned this valuable lesson. Goodluck.
Apparently I had no idea what I was getting into! I just assumed ebay was a good company. I didn't know how to end the listing! It wasn't until I stumbled upon where I can click on 'Cancel my account' and on a follow up email to cancel it had a link to where I could end my listing!

They sent me an email explaining the account cancelation process that had a link to where I can stop my motorcycle listing, so I did that. But I ain't paying these RIP OFF **bleep**s anything!

So, I take it you didn't read what eBay's fees are for listing a motorcycle before you listed it?
About 20 years ago, because of ebay, I got a PayPal account and about a week ago I was perfectly willing to chalk it all up as a big **bleep** mistake and pay the $158, but ebay didn't offer a Paypal payment for the fee and that was the only way I was willing to do so. And with no possible way in sight to contact ebay about it, I let it go for a few days figuring on getting back to it, but now after they relisted my motorcycle for another $79 without my permission... **bleep** these RIPOFF **bleep**s all to mother **bleep** Hell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually you gave them permission when you signed up for the ebay Motors account:
"Listing package fees apply to each listing you create, are charged at the time of listing or relisting (if you opt to auto-relist), as applicable, and are nonrefundable. Fee amounts are based on the terms in effect when the listing goes live"
Somewhere when you were creating your ad and mistaking $79 for $19, you also missed a checkmark or something to do a negatory on an auto-relist. Ebay probably had that already checked the nice people they are.
So yeah...I really hate to say this...but...you probably DID give them your permission (unintentionally).
