Go to HELP and at bottom of the page click on REQUEST CALLBACK. If have found, you will get better results (if you claim reason for callback is "problem with filling a customer's order"). EBAY will call back if they believe they will lose "a sale". Otherwise, you may have a difficult time being able to talk with a "real person".
Oftentimes, it is quicker just to ask your question here in the "chat room". Many sellers have over 20 years' experience and can answer any questions you may have.
