Considerable trouble Revising a Listing
I was going to add a listing, doing some "search" research on price.
Saw I already had one listed.
Figured I'd just add to the quantity and adjust the price down a bit (since I still had one).
Can't find the Revise link.
Refresh, still no revise link.
Back out, start fresh with my search.
Find it again.
Still no revise link.
What the heck??
Duh, It's not my listing...LOL (well, it is my listing and my photo, just not me) 🤣🤣

OP2 years agoIn this case, it was somebody that purchased something from me. Instead of returning it, he kept it and listed it on ebay to try to sell it. And used my photo and description.
Of course, he does sell other related items (competition). Which, one would think he would take his own photo instead of using mine.
Oh well, better than the alternative. THAT being somebody just using my pics and descriptions to list their own items. Seen that a lot also.
Just thought it was funny, Me trying to revise it (several times). LOL

·2 years agoIn my case, the other seller does not have the items. I am not sure what they are up to, but I do not think it is good.

I did almost the same thing a couple of weeks ago. I found a listing in search that I thought was mine and noticed it had free shipping, which I do not offer on this item. When I opened the listing it became quiet obvious it was not mine.

·2 years agoI have been having same problem going on about three weeks now and now it is doing the same on new listings where it won't save the cost of the item and the cost of shipping I have contacted support both by phone and chat multiple times and I feel like nothing is being done. I am not sure what to do next I cannot list and I cannot revise my items and my sales are way down which may or maynot be related I was told this started 77 days ago which is about when my drop in sales started and I would notice an intermitent glitch Posting items and relisting items if you should hear anything please let me know.

I know we do not own the listing but still when someone uses 100% without doing any of their own work

oops..........missed the "it's not my listing"........lol
