Confused buyer. Ship -or- no ship?
Buyer bought 4 of an item that is $6 S&H for the first item, $1 S&H for each additional.
In the buyers note it says "I thought S&H was $6 not $9".
She obviously sees that it's charging her $9 for S&H and went ahead with the purchase anyways.
I immediately sent the buyer a message explaining the charge, but of course, no response.
It's packed and ready to ship out Saturday morning.
SHIP -or- NO SHIP?

Like they say in poker when you have the nuts after all the betting is done. “Ship it”

If the buyer did not respond to your message, I would hope that meant she went back and looked and saw how the listing did show what the shipping was, and that "she was wrong".
If it were me, I would wait until Monday and then ship it. If she is truly unhappy, she will let you know and you can take it from there.

·5 months agoI'd ship Sat..........but you could wait until Mon. If she really complains, you could refund the $3....."as a courtesy"......
