Combining shipping costs
A buyer bought two separate items that were in an auction. He would like to combine the shipping cost. I hadn't set up combined shipping on those items since I didn't expect to have one person buy both. How do I now combine the shipping costs? I can easily put both items in the same mailer without changing the cost of shipping.

·7 months agoIf both auctions have ended with one buyer winning both, it's a very simple process. Package the two items together and weigh the box. Then select "send invoice", entering the correct weight and package size. You can add a handling fee as well. Buyer will be charged the combined cost of shipping plus any taxes and handling fees.

·7 months agoIf the items are not paid for and the auction was not a prepayment required auction you can generate a combined invoice from the orders awaiting payment page. You can change the shipping amount from the high value to an appropriate value.

·7 months agoAre you sure that the shipping of both items together will be less than the fees you are charging your customer?
Before you go further , confirm there is a saving to be made.
