Combined shipping request
Hello, I have a potential buyer who asked to combine shipping on 3 items. They have not bought them yet. How do I accomodate this request? I am not seeing the option to offer combined shipping in my selling hub. For now can I just do this one time request and if so, what are the steps to do so?

·7 months agoDo what @stephenmorgan says, that is the easiest. It allows you to go and do the actual calculations and the buyers can purchase from the invoice. Forget about setting up a policy, it will never account for a larger box if needed

·7 months agoInform you buyer how to get to the Combined Shipping button.
1. Go to your Shopping Cart and place your pointer over the Cart.
2. A dropdown page will open and then you select View Cart.
3. At the top right of this page there is Request Combined Shipping button. Just select this

·7 months agoI would wait until after you package up items (need correct weight & dimensions) and then refund them any overage paid.

·7 months agoYou can also have them check out and then issue a refund for excess shipping.
