Combined shipping gets me an “Uploaded on time but no carrier scanâ€
On April 12th I sold 2 Pyrex items to same buyer and mailed them out the same day. It was one listing, quantity available was “2â€. Buyer purchased them separately as 2 transactions. I packed and shipped them together in one box. I entered the same tracking number for both items, and they were marked as shipped. I refunded the shipping overpayment to be buyer. I’ve done this many times in the past with no problems. This time I got a ding for “Tracking uploaded on time but no carrier scanâ€. Did I do something wrong here? Thanks

Check the numbers and make sure they are the same..

means the PO (or your carrier) never scanned the item a received.....what does the tracking show?
