Combined Shipping
I had sent out offers to watchers on a couple of blouses. One of the watchers wanted to buy both of them, plus another blouse and combine shipping. I'm relatively new at this and I did not know how to do combined shipping. I told her to buy the blouses but not pay for them and I would send her an invoice. Well, she paid for them and it looks like at full price. So, I don't know where to begin to fix this right now. I want to give her the discount I promised and also combine shipping. Help!.

·2 years agoFirstly, I prefer the solution you told her, but MANY customers are NOT allowed by eBay to buy & not pay or don't know how.
What you're doing now is how I do all my refunds. Just manually go to each order & refund. You can look at the Order Details to see what she paid. Easy peasy.

OP2 years agoAlso, it looks like she paid shipping on all 3. It seems the easiest thing to do would be to give her a refund, but how do I do that with the shipping since EBay gives the seller a discount. How do I see exactly what she paid?
