·2 weeks agoYou can't do that if the buyer has not yet purchased the items. They can try putting the items into their Shopping Cart and then from the Shopping cart request an invoice before paying. If it is working, you will get a notification and you will be able to discount the buyer as you wish and send it to them. The sale doesn't happen until they accept and pay.
If that doesn't work, just have them purchase everything they want. Encourage them to pay for all items in one transaction so you don't get hit with the 30 fee for each payment. Then refund them for whatever you feel the discount should be.
