Closed My eBay store---why are 14 items still active
I closed my eBay store due to hospitalization and surgery. I spoke with ebay rep and was told I needed to remove the 14 listings. In fact an item sold yesterday so I did ship today. Rep told me since I had a promotion on those listings is why they are still shown as active and I needed to go in an remove the listings.
I do not understand this. If Walmart closes their store you cannot go in and buy a sale item?

·11 months agoThose Listings that you promoted are live until the promotion ends, Or you end them.

·11 months agoYou have received proper instruction from the replies on the board (sans one), but as an aside, my question would be.............. with the #of items listed/sold why would you even have been paying for a "store subscription"?

OP11 months agoBecause I have hubsewsa of items to list. Unable to list due to surgery. Will get other items listed
in a couple of wks when I recover from surgery. Thanks for help

·11 months agoAfter the Surgery, don't Buy the store until you absolutely need to. Waste of money buying the store with what you have listed, or had listed, and only 4 sales so far. I too have a "hubsewsa" of items to list after being off ebay for a few years. It may be 3-4-5 months from now. But until then, I'm not going to waste money buying a Store for what I'm selling, listing right now.

·11 months agoWhen you end listings and want to relist them later, you have 90 days that you can retrieve them before they are delated from the system.
Not sure why you are paying for a store with these few items when you get 250 free each month?

You can still sell without a store subscription. Not every seller has a store.
If you do not want to sell, use "time away" and suspend your listings or else end each listing.
