The auction ran for a week, I think this was a case of it didn't get more than 1 bid so you wanted to blame this on your child. All eBay listings state:
Seller assumes all responsibility for this listing.
Also you can't post names/user ID's so that's a board violation here.
Only you are responsible for your Ebay listings, the buyer expressed his displeasure with his fb, which he was entitled to do.

In looking at your history, I see that you have a history of selling other Hot Wheels items and my guess is that you were unhappy with the selling price.
If your "child" (or you) listed an item, you are obligated to sell it at the price it sold for.
The auction listing ran for a full week and your buyer won it fair and square.
That negative feedback was earned. Please don't blame your child for your mistakes.

What name a buyer uses and who they are shipping to is irrelevant.
You cancelled a sale creating an unhappy buyer. Your excuse is ridiculous, it's your account you are responsible for whatever is listed and sold.

That is not even close to believable. Photos and all huh? Come on now..
Do yourself a favor and start your auctions at the lowest price you would be willing to accept or list fixed price, buy it now listings.
