Chat Support Button Disappeared

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

For the past month I can't open a chat with ebay support. The only options the Contact Us Page show at the bottom is to either send them an e-mail or call over the phone.

Is anyone else experiencing this technical glitch? Phone support said chat agents are available and online everyday, and that it must be a unique glitch to me..

I have the same problem but when I try to go onto the chat I cannot press any buttons on the chat

It comes and goes, just like the call button or the option to have them call you will disappear. It is all going to depend if there is staffing available to support the service.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
