Chargeback from March 2023 currently happening.
Hello again,
Just a question about winning or losing this credit card chargeback.
It has to do with tracking.
I don't know if I win or lose with tracking.
This is a different tracking from someone else but similar...because I have not responded to current chargeback from March 2023.
USPS: RR822060569US 02/21/2023
It states : "the item is currently in transit to the destination".
I don't have any problems with this buyer...however, with the credit card chargeback from March with another buyer....if I have the statement "the item is currently in transit to the destination"...will I win or lose this credit card chargeback with the bank? Should I just pay the refund to this buyer who is no longer a registered user on eBay?

·2 years agoHmmm...
Back in the day when I used Inkjet there were a few times parcels made it to their destinations, no scan, honest consumers... A few times I'd parcels come back looking at though some postal worker sneezed blowing acid snot all over the label.

·2 years agoWell if you've not heard from that buyer I'd not fiddle with it. Sometimes the carriers don't scan things in at point of delivery in respect to the Postal Service versus FedEx or UPS. I learned LONG LONG AGO with anything going through the US Postal Service make SURE that the label is taped over WELL with clear tape covering the entire label.
As to scans, well, as I recall you're in Canada so what if anything does the Canada Post show?
The other thing I learned LONG LONG LONG (<--- Yes... LONG!) ago was never print labels on an Inkjet printer. Ink can bleed be that by rain water, or someone shipping something that leaks a solvent... And pfffttt problems. Use a laser printer, not only are they faster and cheaper per print but they keep going and going and going. I've a Cannon MFP something or another model (MF 113) I believe. I recently bought two new toner cartridges for it right here on eBay for $32 to my door. Can't beat that with a rubber mallet shaped like Trumps hairdoo.
My bad.
So, I tape my parcels up then lay the cut out Laser Printed Label down and then tape over the top of the label and use a small roller over top of it filled with cheese sauce (not really) to make sure the tape is well secured.

OP2 years agoI forgot...can't use normal tape....to seal a package registered....has to be paper tape.

OP2 years agoI think it is a loss.
eBay or the bank checking the tracking has to input a date to see if it was mailed on a certain date.
Will they put the correct date when I mailed it?
And did post office put tracking on that day or the next day?
One wrong mistake on the input of date won't even show the tracking.
