changing title using sell similar button

The last month I have had issues when selling an item and use a sell similar button. It doesn’t happen all the time but enough to get on my nerves and no matter how many times I change it it doesn’t fix it. When I change the title on the item maybe if it is slightly different or I just want to change the title some and then I fill everything out and click the preview button it shows the listing with the original Title. Then I go back 3+ times change it again but no matter what it will not list it with the title I put in but the title from the old post. Eventually I click the preview button and it finally switches it but having to do it 5 times gets frustrating.
