Changing combined shipping business policy
I recently changed my additional shipping charge for each additional item from .50 to .60. However buyers are still only getting charged the extra .50 when they checkout. Anyone else have this issue? I also, raised my shipping for the first item from $4.25 to $4.75 but that hadn’t been a problem.

·4 months ago@theteamsetguy Double check and make sure you didn't have items that had offers pending. This has gotten me before. When you update the policy, a copy of the old policy is created if there are any listings that have offers pending. Those listings with pending offers go into the copy of the old policy and they will stay there even after the offer lapses. Then, days or weeks later, when the item sells, the buyer pays the old shipping rate.
