Changes to seller hub.
Why has my Seller Hub changed?
When you click on (top Right) 'My Ebay' and go down to selling, You used to get SELLER HUB, with
Overview, Orders, Listings. Etc. when you clicked 'Orders' , you could immediately see awaiting dispatch. This is how it used to look;-
Now it looks like this;-
I don't like it. Its harder to navigate. I am hoping they will change it back.

Your second screenshot is My eBay
They are two different things.

OP3 years agoThe first screen shot is my old account. The second is the new layout. I got to both doing exactly the same steps for both. As you can see they are different. You use the second one in a totally different way. Ebay has changed it to make it more simple, but I've seen that people are finding it hard

·3 years agoIt wouldn't be a day without eBay changing something for the worse.
It looks like the mobile app. I haven't experienced this.
Is there an option for classic view?

OP3 years agoThis is on my laptop. I just not great with new tech so I am not great at print screening!
I am setting this new account up for my husband. My account is the top one. Which is the original layout.

·3 years agoNew sellers are often funnelled to the old My eBay, once they get setup and actually start selling on a regular basis they will get moved to the Seller Hub or have the option to switch from My eBay to the Seller Hub.

If you are setting up a new account for your husband it will be defaulted to using My eBay. You'll need to have had at least one sale on his account to use Seller Hub.
Once he makes a sale go to seller hub and sign in using your eBay username and password.
