CGC Individual Cards shipping option not found- 1.08$

Hi, Is anyone else having issues finding the eBay shipping cost of $1.08 for collectible cards and coins?

I have been using it for months and now I have not been able to find it this past week.

You can't ship slabbed cards with ESE. They have to go at least with first class.
