CD’s with Parental Advisory
I tried to list two different CD’s with Parental Advisory and got a weird message, listed all the tracks and said the description has to many characters? Any thoughts please.

OP5 months agoThanks for getting back. I got to thinking that I use AI to generate the Description, and that why the are to much in the description. I’ll try that.

·5 months agoEliminate some of the description that is not really necessary, You must have too many words, Which is a little weird but that's what they are telling you.

If you are attempting to list the tracks on the CD, do so under the "Description" area, rather then elsewhere where the item count is restricted.

·5 months agoIt's probably referring to something in your Item Specifics, which may have been pre-filled. Just edit whatever it says is too long, or delete it if it's not necessary.

OP5 months agoI originally had AI do the description, so I back spaced the description and typed in my own description and I still comes up with Tracks value and lists the tracks and says its too long. Enter a value of no more than 65 characters. But I’m not listing the tracks? Would it be because of the Explicit Language? it’s a Machine Head CD and I see them listed. Thanks for the help

·5 months agoThat's just one of many pitfalls of relying on AI for tasks like that.
The Description field is not limited to 65 characters, so there's something not being conveyed correctly here. Can you copy and paste the exact wording of the error?
