·4 months agoOk I got some orders so I can see how to do it now. LOL
If the op is talking about combining multiple orders to one shipping label and one tracking number...
My ebay > Selling
This takes you to the seller hub.
Click on "orders to ship".
Check the boxes of the orders you want to combine.
Then click on "shipping" and "get shipping label".
Then click on "Combine".
The rest is pretty much self-explanatory.
This will combine multiple orders to one package/one label/one tracking number.
It will automatically upload the tracking number to each order you combined.
And again, each order has to be the same user ID.
Good luck!

·4 months agoIf you want to set up combined shipping discounts for buyers, you have to set that up in your Shipping Preferences, for Flat Rate Shipping and Calculated Shipping as two different sets of rules, and then make sure that option is enabled on your listings (you select which of your combined shipping rules applies to any given listing, which is handy for excluding things too big or awkward to combine).
If you’re just looking to ship multiple orders already placed by the same buyer, you can combine them by using the bulk shipping labels tool, or just purchase a label for one order but use the new dimensions and weight for them all packaged together, and then copy and paste that tracking number into the other orders.
To use the Bulk Shipping Labels tool, go to your Active Listings and select the orders you wish to combine.
At the top of the list, choose Shipping -> Get Shipping Label.
On the next screen, select the orders that are from the same buyer and choose Combine at the top of the page. Then edit the dimensions and weight before continuing with the purchase of the label(s).
It’s up to you if you wish to offer a partial refund if the shipping is less than what the buyer paid. Most sellers will, and buyers usually appreciate it, but it is not required.

·4 months agoIt's hard for me to explain it without looking at it myself.
It's on the shipping label page.
Check the boxes/orders you want to combine.
Then I think you click on "shipping label" then "combine".
From there it's pretty much self-explanitory.
Note: It has to be the same user ID for the orders you wish to combine.
Good luck!
