·3 weeks agoIf you look at your items (click the 'see more' on shipping) it shows you are either shipping on your own (customer pays $1.85 1st Class) or $16+ shipping through EIS.
Either way, it is NOT a glitch. It is on purpose. You cannot 'invoice' an international customer.

·3 weeks agoI went to 'free international shipping' on new listings...
After doing this...50+% of my buyers are now international...especially UK and Canada.
Before doing this I would have a couple international buyers every few weeks.
Been lucky with items not lost in the mail without tracking.
Can't remember when I had an item lost domestic or international without tracking,

·3 weeks agoI believe you can send an invoice if you are shipping internationally on your own, Using eIS you can not, because your invoice will not show any international charges, customs or VAT that may be included
