Can't revise listings.. keep getting a Global error page
For several hours now, when I click to edit a listing, I get this message:

We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right this second.
Please try again later.
***************************
This is highly inconvenient as I need to update my First Class Shipping to Ground Advantage.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

·1 year agoLate 2025 and this issue has become my reality. I've tried anything and still unable to fix. The foreigners running eBay's customer service calls are absolutely brainless and underqualified to help. Anyone find a fix?

·2 years agoI am trying to cross list from eBay to list perfectly. I have been able to do about 200 lists, but now I keep getting global error page. I am using chrome. I have rebooted my computer and no luck. This has been going on for two days

·3 years agoThat very thing happened to me as well. I researched and found that I was not able to go into EDIT is the items I was working with had active offers that I had sent. You just have to wait to end until the buyer either purchases the item or the offer expires.

·3 years agoI would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
