·2 weeks agoYou don't need to speak to anyone, you need to turn that setting off.
Some sellers set it think they are blocking buyers with low feedback.

·2 weeks agoGo into your Account Settings. It will be a little drop down tab under your name. Then go to Selling Preferences, Then go to the part where it says Your Buyers. There you will see where it says " Managing who can buy from you" Check to see if you have it set wrong. I'm figuring you have it set to only let buyers buy after a 10 day period.

Thats one of the reasons we now ship through Pirate Ship instead of Ebay shipping. At lest if we get a chargeback for shipping through Pirateship we can arbitrate it unlike Ebay.
