cant list in cell phones
since december 2024 im not able to list in cell phones, i see this warning while trying to list:
Items can’t be listed in this high-risk category, as these products may pose a risk to the eBay community. For more information, see our High-Risk Category Policy. If you want to request approval to list in high-risk categories, email hisappeals@ebay.com
i wrote to this email, they asked me several questions and silence. is there anyone from ebay team here to help me?
im ebay member since 2008, and not going to scam someone, just want to get rid of some phones to reduce collection

We are buyers and sellers who give advice and answer questions only. There is nobody here from Ebay who will be able to change the outcome you want.

My advice to you is find another website to sell your phones on. Ebay has determined that there is a high risk for them to have your item listed. Do not continue to list your cell phones on Ebay. If you do there is a chance for a suspension.

·5 months agoNo, you can only get responses from the team you emailed, no one here on these boards can help. You’ll have to give it time or accept that they haven’t and may not approve you to sell those here.
Edit: I suspect that while you’ve been here a while and your feedback rating is good (we can’t see if you have cases or claims opened by buyers, but hopefully not), your low rate of sales is probably not enough to give them confidence in you as a seller. If you were a higher volume seller I suspect your chances would be better, but as a small seller from Kazakstan it’ll be difficult to get approved probably.
