Can't leave feedback for my buyer's
When I try to leave feedback for anyone who has purchased items from me, the "orders" tab is greyed out. I know I can only leave positive feedback. I just want to do that as soon as a buyer pays. Any help?

OP3 days agoThank you for the response.
When I go to the Share Feedback page (your third link), this is what I see. The
'Sales ' option is greyed out even though I have sales as recently as yesterday.

·3 days agoForgive me for not providing a screen shot. My screen looks like this. The Purchases tab is grayed out because I have not recently made purchases.
All transactions Purchases Sales
Can you click on the Positive rectangle and see if the pop up window appears for you to leave feedback? Maybe you have just the one sale to leave feedback for.

Is it possible you have your account set up to leave feedback automatically for your buyers? Perhaps you cannot leave feedback manually because all the eligible buyers have already received feedback -- automatically.
