This is largely a US forum and you are in France so your seller preferences may be a bit different but go to the following in your seller preferences and check your shipping preferences especially your excluded international locations. It may be that your seller preferences are not setup for international sales.
The other possibility is as a new seller eBay is limiting you to domestic shipments at the moment.
I’m not certain how to set up international shipping on eBay.fr so it would probably be best to ask on the community forum there as most here are familiar only with listing on ebay.com. https://communaute.ebay.fr It is risky to start auctioblike that at such a low price as the auction might not end very high. You might want to list it as a fixed price so you know exactly how much money you are going to receive,
