Can't call or chat with eBay to appeal a denied feedback removal request.
I paid eBay nearly $10k in fees last year and they keep cutting down on support. I can't even speak to someone.

OP8 months agoPoked around 7 different options, still only email is the offered solution.

·8 months agoYou can connect with an agent, try picking a different topic. Sometimes the option is hidden but you can find it if you are clever.

OP8 months agoI never said it did, but they used to offer priority support, but got rid of that when they gutted the powerseller program.
